I, the undersigned, do hereby apply for membership to the Asian-American Foundation of Oregon (AAFO) and pledge to support the mission of the AAFO which is to contribute toward the education of the general public on Asian and Asian-American cultures by providing scholarships for higher education, sponsoring exhibits and lectures in schools and in the community and by establishing an Asian-American Cultural Education Center in Eugene, Oregon.  I also hereby agree to pay the required $10 per person or $20 per family membership dues.  I understand that my membership benefits include the right to vote at the annual membership meetings,  and event announcements and newsletters.
